Director, Advertising Solutions (ANZ)

A senior, highly visible sales leadership role owning PubMatic's agency and holding company relationships across ANZ. This role combines strategic account ownership, regional go-to-market input, and direct leadership of a four-person team. It requires deep programmatic expertise and the credibility to operate independently at C-suite level.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow PubMatic’s ANZ revenue across agency holding groups, trading desks, brand-direct advertisers and DSP partners, with full pipeline and forecast accountability
  • Shape and co-develop ANZ marketplace and agency sales strategy in partnership with the Regional Director
  • Build, originate and maintain senior and C-level relationships across agency holding companies and key partners
  • Lead complex, long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals across global and cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Marketing and Communications
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of four, with accountability for performance, progression and succession planning
  • Represent PubMatic externally at industry events, panels and executive forums
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and accountability across the broader ANZ business

What you'll bring

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in digital media or programmatic sales, with a consistent track record of delivering against significant revenue targets
  • Prior people leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and performance development
  • Established senior relationships across ANZ agency holding groups and trading desks
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-level deals involving global and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the full programmatic supply chain, including SSP dynamics, ad serving, SPO and yield strategy
  • Confidence operating at C-level, including in high-stakes commercial negotiations
  • Experience working within a matrixed, global organisation
