Director, Advertiser Solutions (Brands)
About the Role:
PubMatic is seeking a dynamic Director, Advertiser Solutions, Brands to join our exceptional team! As a key member of our team, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Advertiser Solutions and play a pivotal role in refining and executing PubMatic’s sales strategy across advertisers and brands . You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and strategic vision to drive net new sales while shaping long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth. If you’re passionate about advertising technology and have a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:

Refine the sales strategy and ensure successful execution to meet revenue targets across key advertiser verticals including Pharma, Healthcare, Cable, Streaming, Retail (Big Box and Mass), Pets, and Education

Lead by example in promoting a collaborative work environment and holding the team accountable for their targets and performance (what is measured can be managed).

Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, R&D, and client success teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively. (be a voice of the customer)

Travel to events, conferences and clients' meetings wherever your vertical approach takes you.

Communicate effectively with senior leaders both internally and externally, confidently navigating challenges and influencing decision-making. (come to the table with ideas)

Develop lasting relationships with in-house teams at brands and advertisers to drive strategic growth (this is not an Agency role).
- Guide discussions with clients on the roadmap of product features and advocate for the development of solutions that meet their needs.
Who You Are:
- Twelve plus years of experience in sales, business development, and client success within advertising technology, with five plus years of managing a team.
- Five plus years of Programmatic technology experience (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, DMP, CDP, etc)

Demonstrated ability to understand and teach clients the dynamics of the sell-side or buy side, including supply-side platforms, ad serving technology, and the programmatic advertising landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals by leading teams to achieve objectives and grow business with brands and advertisers.
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively to C-level executives and navigate challenges with poise and confidence.

Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and emotional intelligence, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
