PUBMATIC EVENT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge that my participation or attendance in the event sponsored by PubMatic (“Event”) is a voluntary activity. In consideration for my participation or attendance in the Event, I agree as follows:

  1. I will comply with all necessary safety protocols in place at the venue of the Event and by the designated transportation carriers to the Event including:
  2. At all times ensure that my conduct is not disorderly, abusive or violent, or such that I will be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
  3. I will not interfere with the Event organizer’s or transportation crew’s activities, or fail to obey the instruction of any member of the crew;
  4. I will not engage in conduct that may be hazardous or creates a risk of harm to myself, or other participants of the Event or passengers or crew on the applicable carrier and/or damage to the transportation carrier or the property of other passengers;
  5. I will adhere to applicable safety measures including seating at assigned seats and use of seat belt on the applicable transportation carrier;
  6. I will not travel with contagious disease that may be transmissible to other passengers during the normal course of the journey;
  7. If seriously ill, I agree that I may not be allowed onboard unless I provide a physician's written permission to fly;

  9. My participation and attendance may be refused for failure to comply with the above.

COVID-19 AND HEALTH CERTIFICATIONS

  • I represent that I am fully capable of participating and attending the Event and have no knowledge of a medical condition or symptoms that would prevent my participation or attendance at the Event or would be at risk of being passed to others.
  • I will not attend the Event in case I have experienced symptoms including but not limited to fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, cough, muscle or body aches, or other symptoms potentially relating to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases within the last 14 days prior to the Event.
  • I will not attend the Event in case I or any member(s) of my household have been diagnosed to be infected with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the Event.
  • I will not attend the Event should I or any members of my household be required or recommended to quarantine in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT MAY BE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND PRESENTS A RISK OF ILLNESS, PERSONAL INJURY, SERIOUS BODILY HARM, AND DEATH, AND OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, AND I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE OTHER ASSOCIATED RISKS WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT THAT ARE NOT KNOWN AND NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AT THIS TIME, AND I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS. I AGREE TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT AND COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM REASONABLY APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS. I AGREE THAT I AM FULLY AND PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND ACTIONS WHILE ATTENDING THE EVENT AND I RECOGNIZE THAT I MAY BE AT RISK OF CONTRACTING COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED, I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS, PUBMATIC, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, INSURERS, AND THEIR ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "PUBMATIC") FROM, AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, SUITS, ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, EXPENSES, LIABILITIES, OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CAUSED, SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY MYSELF OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY DURING OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, MY PARTICIPATION OR ATTENDENCE IN THE EVENT.

I have read and fully understand this agreement. By participating in or attending the Event, I agree to abide by these terms.
