Publisher Solutions Team
- Alex Herguth joined PubMatic on October 2nd as VP of Publisher Development and is responsible for driving PubMatic’s publisher account acquisition efforts. With a stellar track record at TripleLift, Alex brings invaluable experience and insights to fuel our publisher development strategies.
- Greg Giovinazzo has been promoted to AVP of Customer Success, Omnichannel & App. With six years at PubMatic, Greg previously served as Senior Director of Customer Success. He will now oversee the U.S. Customer Success team.
- Abbie Reichner has been elevated to AVP of Customer Success, CTV. Formerly the Vice President of Programmatic Strategy and Operations at Fox Corporation, Abbie joined PubMatic in February and will lead a dedicated team of experts in this high-growth area.
Advertiser Solutions Team
Robin Steinberg will expand her role as SVP of Advertiser Solutions to oversee both Agency and Advertiser teams. She will also lead a new specialist sales team, focusing on deepening buyer relationships and providing comprehensive service around key product areas, including supply path optimization, CTV, commerce media, and mobile app. She will oversee the combined Agency and Advertiser teams within the Advertiser Solutions team.
Audience Solutions Team
Howard Luks joined on October 9th as VP of Audience Solutions, where he will lead the company’s data partnerships and addressability strategy and solutions. With over two decades of data expertise from LiveRamp and Eyeota, Howard will align our product strategy and innovation with our sales execution.
These executives will drive vision and growth across the Publisher, Advertiser and Audience Solutions teams and report directly to Kyle Dozeman, Chief Revenue Officer, Americas.

These exciting changes reflect a broader strategic shift to capture the tremendous growth opportunities ahead and follow the appointment of VP of Commerce Media Tim Rogers, formerly of Criteo, announced earlier this summer. These specializations and collaborations across our commercial team underscore our dedication to delivering tailored support and driving success for each unique partnership.
