Position summary
Own and scale PubMatic’s direct brand revenue across APAC. This is a high‑impact commercial role where you will build strategic relationships with leading advertisers, influence regional strategy and shape how brands engage with programmatic. You won’t inherit a mature portfolio, you will create it, grow it and define its trajectory.
If you want regional scope, executive exposure and real commercial ownership, this role gives you that platform.
What you’ll focus on
- Building and closing new brand partnerships across India, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Leading senior‑level conversations with CMOs, digital and programmatic leaders
- Turning brand briefs into tailored commercial solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Negotiating and structuring high‑value, multi‑market deals
- Partnering with Product, Operations and regional teams to align solutions with market demand
- Feeding advertiser insight back into product discussions to influence roadmap priorities
- Expanding existing relationships into long‑term, revenue‑generating partnerships
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years’ experience in AdTech, programmatic or agency environments.
- Established relationships with brands and senior decision‑makers across APAC
- Strong understanding of the advertiser ecosystem and the commercial dynamics of programmatic
- A track record of closing complex, strategic deals
- Confidence presenting to and influencing C‑level stakeholders
- Commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to build from zero
