In Q4, global omnichannel video ad spending rose by 48% compared to last year. The increase was primarily driven by the surge in political advertising within the broader Law, Government & Politics category. Video ad spending in the Law, Government & Politics sector grew significantly year-over-year across mobile and online video. However, the biggest driver of ad spend growth came from Connected TV ads.
