Customer Success Operations Manager (Programmatic)
Location: Singapore
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days flexible)

As a Customer Success Operations Manager for Southeast Asia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic mobile and OTT/CTV publishers to drive yield, optimise integrations, and unlock growth opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of ad operations, technical integration, analytics, and client partnership. Your expertise will directly impact publisher performance, platform revenue, and long‑term customer advocacy across the region.
What you'll do
Drive Publisher Success & Revenue Growth
- Support day‑to‑day management of strategic publisher accounts, delivering world‑class service and technical troubleshooting.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell and optimisation opportunities across a defined book of business.
- Proactively optimise publisher accounts to increase yield and overall monetisation performance.
- Generate and interpret performance reports to deliver actionable, data‑driven insights.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, identifying technical enhancements and product growth opportunities.
Lead Seamless Integrations & Operational Excellence
- Manage account setup and maintenance within the PubMatic platform.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality execution of technical integrations and implementations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, discrepancies, and brand safety concerns within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver tailored implementation plans.
- Maintain accurate updates across internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).
Analyse, Optimise & Innovate
- Work with complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies, and determine root causes.
- Apply a strong understanding of auction dynamics within programmatic environments to drive optimisation strategies.
- Stay current with evolving ad tech capabilities to ensure scalable, future‑ready publisher implementations.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAM ad serving, Header Bidding, RTB/PMP, ORTB protocols, OTT/CTV, Rich Media Ads, and Ad Networks.
- Hands‑on experience with inventory management, monetisation, and ad trafficking using ad servers (e.g., GAM) or video header bidding solutions.
- Experience analysing complex datasets to identify performance trends and resolve issues.
- Understanding of auction mechanics within programmatic ecosystems.
- Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Fiddler, Firebug).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable
- Experience working with SSPs, OTT/CTV publishers, or Ad Networks.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Macros), SQL, or other database tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML or JavaScript.
- Experience in a media agency with strong programmatic expertise.
- Additional Southeast Asian language skills (including Chinese).
