We partner with other companies to help us provide and improve our services and products. Listed below are the partners with whom we share information in the course of provision of PubMatic’s products and services. Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)

DSPs facilitate the purchase of digital advertising inventory across multiple ad exchanges and platforms. We share pseudonymous digital identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs, mobile advertising IDs) and non-personal contextual data with DSPs. This information enables them to make real-time bidding decisions, serve relevant advertisements, and provide campaign performance analytics. DSPs are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and industry standards and are bound by contractual arrangements with PubMatic.

Data Providers

These companies provide us user information such as demographic or interest data, obfuscated user identifiers such as UUIDs, hashed email addresses and/or hashed phone numbers, content viewed and audience segments, which we may use to combine, merge and/or augment the User Information we process.

Ad Verification

These companies provide technologies to detect and prevent ad fraud, ensure brand safety, and measure viewability. They process certain technical data, such as IP addresses and ad-specific identifiers, to validate ad impressions and protect against malicious activity. These partners operate under strict data minimization principles and do not use the data for purposes beyond verification and security of ad delivery.

ID Providers

These companies provide identity resolution services that help link various digital identifiers across platforms and devices. We share pseudonymous digital identifiers (e.g., hashed email addresses, device IDs) with these vendors to enable more accurate audience targeting and measurement. These vendors do not receive personally identifiable information and operate under strict data protection agreements. Their services help maintain user privacy while improving the relevance of digital advertising.

IT Service Providers

We engage with these companies to assist with our ad serving operations. These providers may have access to various data types collected through our services, but are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of this information. They are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to us and must comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Advertiser/Agencies

These companies are Advertisers and/or Agencies we work with for the purpose of ad serving. We may share data with these parties for purposes relevant to our business relationships with them, such as for billing purposes, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. This data is also allows them to make decisions regarding buying advertising inventory on Publishers’ Digital Properties and other websites and applications.
