Senior Customer Success Manager, Demand Facilitation

About the Role:

PubMatic is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Demand Facilitation to help develop our CTV and Mobile App business. We seek an individual with deep video experience and a strong understanding of the developing CTV and Mobile App publisher and buyer landscape.

Areas of focus will include analytical support of business trends and growth across all regions to identify growth opportunities, assisting teams in developing new and existing CTV and Mobile App relationships and offerings, and internal expertise as a subject matter expert. CTV and Mobile App includes CTV/OTT and Online Video (OLV).

What You'll Do:

  • Work across supply and demand teams to facilitate deals that exceed revenue and business goals.
  • Support the business strategy for our CTV and Mobile App monetization solutions across devices (Connected TV, Desktop, Mobile) based on market opportunity, customer needs, our product capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Work closely with finance and analytics to closely track trends and development of CTV and Mobile App.
  • Support the global Publisher Development teams with the GTM processes and content needed to close new CTV and Mobile App publishers
  • Support the Global Ad Solutions teams in positioning PubMatic as the preferred supply source for CTV and Mobile App to agencies, advertisers, and DSPs
  • Work closely with the sales teams to acquire product feedback and requirements from our publishers and buyers to help define our roadmap and prioritize global product needs.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to develop materials that will support our Go-To-Market teams in selling CTV and Mobile App.

Who You Are:

  • Strong analytic capabilities including expert use of reporting tools and Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic CTV and Mobile App monetization including CTV/OTT and OLV
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem from a publisher and buyer perspective
  • Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, particularly video, with a deep background in programmatic fundamentals
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving in order to work effectively in a cross-functional role
  • Proven success in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment

Compensation Disclosure

In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.

$130,000$150,000 USD
