Technical Account Manager (AdTech/Programmatic)
Location: Tokyo
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

You'll work closely with leading brands and agencies to manage and improve programmatic advertising campaigns. You'll be an important part of our continued growth in the region and collaborate regularly with global experts across our business.
What you’ll do:
- Run and optimize programmatic ad campaigns to meet client goals
- Turn performance data into clear insights using Excel and BI tools
- Support clients with DSP setup and drive best-in-class execution
- Identify growth opportunities, lead SPO strategies, and collaborate across teams

What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally in account management, client services, or programmatic operations
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or SSPs
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, formulas)
- Proven track record in campaign performance tracking and optimization
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
