Accounts Payable Associate
About the Role:
PubMatic is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing team in our Redwood City office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing and reconciling vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and partnering with both vendors and our internal Customer Success team to resolve any payment-related issues.
What You'll Do:
- Review vendor invoices/statements and work with vendors and our internal customer success team to resolve payment issues.
- Process vendor invoices and obtain the relevant approvals for the invoice, tax forms and bank details before payment.
- Reconcile vendor payments by verifying entries in NetSuite and Tipalti payment system.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure vendor communications are properly addressed.
- Support month-end close process including but not limited to journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Facilitate with our internal and external audits.
- Assist in the 1099, tax data maintenance, verification, and preparation.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize across many tasks to meet deadliness
- Good working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- NetSuite, Tipalti, and Salesforce experience a plus

In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
