Manny “Digital” Montilla is an ad tech veteran with nearly 15 years of global experience. As Vice President of Publisher Development, Manny leads the US publisher sales team and is responsible for driving the success of PubMatic’s multi-channel video, enterprise, mobile and CTV publisher acquisition efforts.
Prior to PubMatic, Manny was the Vice President of Product Health at Oath (now Verizon Media Group), where he helped pioneer a new function at Verizon known as Product Health. In the first year of the group’s existence his team delivered +40% YoY revenue growth, improved customer approval ratings and instituted an innovative fee/rebate program that radically improved video platform profitability for programmatic buyers and sellers alike. He has also led the Publisher Sales group at Adap.tv across the U.S. and Latin America, oversaw Business Development at Yahoo! for the Right Media platform and served as Audience Targeting Director after the acquisition of Tacoda by Aol.
Manny earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He serves as a board member at the “Renaissance Youth Center” of the Bronx and is chairman of the board at “We Got Us Now” (a non-profit serving the children of incarcerated parents). A devoted husband and father of 3, he also moonlights as a podcaster and spends whatever time he can supporting his area High School basketball teams.
